I have always had a passion for helping people to feel better about themselves and knew at an early age that this was the work I wanted to do. Over the years I have followed different paths but all with the same aim and end result of helping people to feel better in their lives. I have worked within the spa industry, hands on and hands off, within management and consultancy. I have worked in HR for many years prompted by a five year postgraduate training in psychotherapy. After many years of wanting to improve my own health related issues of acne, recurrent tonsillitis and low energy levels, and doing lots of research and seeing many alternative practitioners, I entered a three year training in naturopathy and nutrition.
My specific areas of interest are relationship issues, digestive health, stress and adrenal fatigue, depression and anxiety. I find the combination of nutrition, naturopathy and psychotherapy can work wonders in improving all health related issues and they encompass the spiritual, physical, mental and emotional aspects of the individual.
I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), The General Naturopathic Council (GNC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am bound by their code of ethics and practice
